CREA served as the General Contractor for this project, which consisted of the remodel of a 195,000-SF retail tenant space. The project involved interior slab replacement, new hollow metal/traffic doors, countertop re-lamination, interior/exterior painting, new cabinet/millwork, HVAC upgrades, plumbing updates, underground plumbing, fire sprinkler updates, EIFS resurfacing, electrical upgrades including new light fixtures, carpet replacement and full replacement of VCT for entire store.
