CREA Construction along with its joint venture partner McHugh Construction managed the multi-phased interior renovation of 1381 apartments in five existing buildings located on 20 acres.
Prairie Shores is a five-tower apartment complex in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. The remodel included the installation of new cabinets, appliances, countertops, plank flooring, plumbing, fixtures and lighting, plus electrical system upgrades and painting. Also, building corridors received new finishes.

Prairie Shores is just south of McCormick Place and west of Lake Shore Drive and 31st Street Beach. It is one of the largest
rental communities south of the Loop.
