CREA served as the General Contractor for this project, which consisted of the remodel of a 13,000-SF retail tenant space. The remodel work included painting the entire store, ADA updates, new flooring, millwork installation, ceiling tile replacement, new doors, new signage/graphics, miscellaneous steel, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and exterior concrete replacement to meet ADA requirements.
