CREA served as the General Contractor for this project, which consisted of the remodel of a 126,000-SF retail tenant space. The project involved installation of cabinet millwork, new
refrigerated cases, vacuum collection center, air handling unit, compressors, condensers, interior slab replacement, painting, fire sprinkler updates, ceiling grid replacement, EMS upgrades, fencing, roofing, EIFS resurfacing, masonry wall addition, countertop re-lamination, underground plumbing, new automatic and hollow metal/traffic doors, electrical upgrades including new light fixtures, plumbing updates, joist reinforcement/new structural support framing, VCT and carpet replacement.
