CREA served as the General Contractor for this project, which consisted of the remodel of a 219,000-SF retail tenant space. The project involved installation of new refrigerated cases and condenser with underground plumbing, interior slab replacement, plumbing updates, countertop re-lamination, new hollow metal/traffic doors, new cabinet/millwork, interior/exterior painting, fire sprinkler addition, electrical upgrades, roofing, EIFS resurfacing, joist reinforcement/new structural support framing, VCT and carpet replacement.
